HIPAA Information

Connecticut Neck and Back Specialists understands that patients’ health information is personal and confidential. We are committed to protecting our patients’ Personal Health Information (PHI) and have a comprehensive compliance program in place that includes policies and procedures to ensure that we meet all legal requirements. A copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) is available under Patient Forms and will be offered to you when you become an established patient with our practice, and annually.
